This isn't technically a typo, but is potentially a continuity error and the typo request was the best thing I could think to use.

This exchange establishes that Karkat was unaware that Vriska was present in the candy timeline, due to Meenah deciding to not tell Karkat about it.
On Pg. 176, Meenah and Karkat (and Swifer, briefly) have the following exchange:

KARKAT: OH FUCK.

In the distance, heavy artillery rolls across the heaving sky. It sounds like thunder, but by now they know the difference.
KARKAT: I DON'T KNOW, MEENAH, AT THE PACK OF KIDS CARRYING A DEAD CLOWN?

MEENAH: always knew that fish was gonna grow up shady
KARKAT: WHAT? NO! NOT VRISKA MARYAM-LALONDE.
KARKAT: I MEAN, SHE'S THERE TOO. BUT BUT I'M TALKING ABOUT THE OTHER VRISKA! MY VRISKA.
KARKAT: FROM MY UNIVERSE. THIS VRISKA'S ANCESTOR. SHE'S HERE.

Which is seemingly in contradiction with 727. There may be an explanation for this we are simply unaware of as of yet, but I saw a post about it on the subreddit and figured I should raise it to your attention in the event it is indeed an unintentional error. Have a good one!
