Kohi, additionally, please add a toggle to ignore the browser's motion reduction settings. Motion itself can in some cases lead to greater accessibility, as
itself
can reduce flashing. Think of interpolation, for example. Browsers themselves can also can change in behaviour when motion reduction is enabled on its end, which isn't always desireable (over the afformentioned reason, and more.)
As someone with photophobic migraines, I'd really appreciate a way to ignore my browser's motion reduction settings.
