While most of the bonus comics are unrelated to one another, 'Catnapped' leads into 'Diamonds, Dames, and Dads', and I believe there was an expectation that readers of the latter would have already read the former. In addition, some of the comics are reactions to events in HS^2 proper. 'A Threat, Sensed' is about the Yiffy reveal, and 'The Influencers' is about side characters influencing the events of previously seen content in the main comic. On the old site [1], the date the pages released is prominently displayed, so reading the updates in the order they released is easy. On the new site, the individual updates for each story are collapsed away, the date of release is hidden, and they are sorted by title rather than date. This makes it easier than I think it should be to read one of the bonus comics before one is meant to.

This feature request [2] mentions that a rework of the page is planned, so I hope this can be taken into consideration for that. I also believe the bonus wallpapers and 4komas should be sorted by date rather than any title they happen to have.
