Option to disable arrow navigation

beyondcanon.com, and homestuck2.com before it, has a very useful feature which allows using the keyboard's left and right arrow keys to navigate back and forth in the story. However, this feature is not always wanted, and a setting to disable it would be appreciated.
(secret motivation: I want to be able to use the arrow keys in a browser extension to do something other than go to the next page, and as it stands, there's some fighting over who gets to control what the arrow keys do.)

This toggle will be included in the planned Keybinds category in the User Preferences! Not only will you be able to enable/disable all keyboard shortcuts, but you will also be able to re-map those actions to keybinds other than ArrowLeft and ArrowRight.
