Have Game Data, Start Over, Go back and Settings Links be accessible in phone view

Currently when the site is scaled on a window or screen less then 650px wide the site's theme will change to a more minified view with a hamburger menu. But this also gets rid of the lower options under the new page link.
If including all the options will be too much clutter on smaller screens, at least the Go back and Settings links should be included.

Some functions, such as the back button or the gear icon, are missing when viewing from a vertical screen like on a phone. [S] pages have a good portion of their videos out of sight, along with the ==> button on those pages.
The site works normally if viewed horizontally on a phone.
